Technical Engineering Manager

We are currently with a market leading, International FM organisation who are looking to recruit a Technical Engineering Manager to lead a large on-site critical shift team (circa 25 engineers) at a flagship financial services account in Central London.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor with critical environments or data centre experience who is looking to step up into a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for operational delivery, team leadership, and maintaining the highest standards across a mission‑critical facility.\n\nKey requirements:\n\nBackground in critical or data centre environments\nRelevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND, C&G, NVQ L3+, or degree level)\nHV/LV Authorised Person status\nStrong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical systems, including UPS, generators, HV/LV distribution, cooling systems, BMS and life safety.\nProven people management or supervisory experience\nStrong leadership and operational focus\nIn return, our client is offering a salary of £77,000 per annum (Flexibility for the right candidate), plus Car Allowance (£5100) + bonus (16%) plus other benefits. \n\nIf this sounds like the sort of opportunity that you would like to discuss in more detail, please apply or reach out to the team for further information
