Supply Teacher

Your new roleAs a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs
• Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Provide feedback to departments and school leaders where required

Assignments are available on a daily, short-term, long-term and permanent basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
