EXPERIENCED MECHANICAL ENGINEERS WITH BASIC ELECTRICAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO BUILD A SHIFT TEAM
\nTITLE: Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician Mechanical
\nHOURS: Panama shifts days and nights every other weekend off.
\nSTARTING SALARY: £52,849 rising at £55,333 at Grade 2 inc. shift allowance + electrical development
\nLOCATION: Grays / Tilbury Area
\nYOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A: Multiskilled Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Plant Fitter, Mechanical Technician, Plant Engineer
\nYOU MAY HAVE WORKED ON LARGE PLANT EQUIPMENT IN: Plant Hire, Waste Management, Quarrying, Metal Recycling, Skip Hire, Heavy Industry, FMCG, Production
\nROLE: Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician Mechanical
\nYou will undertake mechanical repairs to recycling equipment, conveyor systems
\nYou will take jobs and report work using the CMMS system
\nYou will work as part of a team to minimise plant downtime
\nEXPERIENCE: Shift Maintenance Engineer / Plant Technician Mechanical
\nYou will ideally be time served, and have NVQ3 or higher in a mechanical discipline
\nElectrical for mechanical training will be given, but any electrical skills such as motor changes, contacts, sensors etc idea. In some cases an electrical NVQ may be offered.
\nYou will have worked on large production equipment or capital plant equipment such as Balers, Compactors, Shredders, Crushers, Trommels, Screeners, Conveyor Systems
