We're looking for a passionate and skilled Transitions and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Facilitator to join our No Limits team in Nuneaton. This unique role combines person-centred transition planning with Positive Behaviour Support practice leadership, helping young people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs thrive during their journey into adulthood.

About the RoleWorking across the No Limits provision, you will spend approximately three days each week supporting and developing Positive Behaviour Support practice and two days supporting transition planning and family engagement through our My Way programme.
You will build strong relationships with young people, families and professionals, ensuring every learner receives consistent, person-centred support that reflects their strengths, aspirations and individual needs.
As part of the No Limits team, you will work closely with colleagues, families and external partners to ensure young people experience positive transitions into, through and beyond our provision.
