What's on Offer * £13.25 - £14.00 per hour * Overtime paid up to £26.49 per hour * Weekly pay * Immediate starts available * Full-time hours * 24-month fixed-term contract following a successful two-week onboarding period * Full training provided * Excellent opportunities for career progression into Team Leader and Supervisor positions * Work for one of the region's leading automotive manufacturers The Role As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be part of a busy production team manufacturing high-quality automotive components. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where quality, safety and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do. Your duties may include: * Operating manufacturing and production machinery * Assembly of automotive components * Quality inspection of finished products * Material handling * Following manufacturing processes and quality standards * Working as part of a team to achieve production targets * Maintaining a safe and organised working environment Full training is provided, so previous automotive experience isn't essential. Shift Pattern Day Shift Monday - Thursday: 6:45am - 3:03pm Friday: 6:45am - 2:13pm Late Shift Monday - Thursday: 4:20pm - 12:38am Friday: 3:00pm - 11:18pm Who We're Looking For We're looking for reliable people with a positive attitude who enjoy working as part of a team.
