As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, driving maintenance strategy, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring maximum plant performance. You will oversee both planned and reactive maintenance activities while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

• Proven maintenance management or supervisory experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong background managing planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced production facility.

• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
\n

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
\n
• Experience implementing maintenance strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
\n
• Recognised engineering qualification.
\n
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
\n

Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Manager

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager within the UK manufacturing sector.

• Experience managing maintenance budgets, KPIs, and engineering projects.
\n
• Knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability-centred maintenance practices.
\n
