Handyman / Handyperson / Multi-trader / Fabric Engineer - Watford / High Wycombe / Harrow An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Handyman / Handyperson to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working around Watford and the surrounding areas including High Wycombe and Harrow. Some experience with basic plumbing in a commercial setting will be highly beneficial for this role This will be a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage. The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include: Building Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance Brickwork - repairs to walls Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles Car Park / yard works Roller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs Painting and decorating Carry out minor painting repairs Plumbing and drainage Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks. Repair leaking taps and washers. For the right candidate a fantastic salary / package is on offer consisting of the following: Basic salary - £30000 Mon - Fri 40 hours per week Paid travel time (after first 30m each way) Overtime Company Van with fuel card, option for private use 33 Days Holiday inclusive of banks Pension Private Health Care This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic company that offer long term careers and opportunities for progression.
