M4 Corridor\n
Up to £55,000 + Benefits\n
\n A leading building services provider is looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a prestigious contract looking after commercial buildings in the M4 & M5 Corridor region.\n
\n Working as an AC engineer you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site's HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently.\n
\n The Role:\n
\n
\n - Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
\n - Servicing and fault-finding on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems
\n - Water treatment tasks, including dosing, temperature checks, and cooling tower maintenance
\n - Monitoring and operating the BMS to optimise building performance
\n - Working on pressurisation units, chilled water systems, and AC units
\n - Supporting critical HVAC systems in temperature-sensitive scientific research labs
\n - Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards
\n - Assisting with refurbishment and upgrade projects to improve system efficiency
\n
Requirements:\n
\n
\n - Recognised mechanical or HVAC qualification (Heating & Ventilation preferred)
\n - City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
\n - Experience in a building services maintenance environment
\n - Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
\n - Good communication skills
\n
Package & Benefits:\n

\n - Up to £55,000 per annum
\n - Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
\n - 1 Hour travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)
